The Traditional Core 1250 large pizza oven is made from high density refractory castable and showcases a unique octagonal modern internal oven core. The oven core is made up of a 10 piece refractory floor and 10 piece refractory dome.

The full kit includes an arch, cast iron mantel, stainless steel anchor plate, high density refractory insulation board, ceramic insulation wool and stainless steel door.


The oven is designed with versatility in mind. Not just for pizza; it can be used to cook all food types at a range of temperatures, whilst still maintaining the ability to operate at temperatures of up to 400*C.

The internal cooking floor is 1250mm (6 x 12″ pizza capacity) and is compliant with the clean air act. It has been designed for all finishing surfaces to be concealed once installed, thus leaving a flawlessly smooth, inconsistency free internal finish.

The T1250 Core is kiln dried before leaving the manufacturers, meaning no lengthy curing fires need to be undertaken when the T1250 is installed. 

Once the oven has reached 500°C it will take approximately one week to cool down, which is a huge benefit when using the oven on a daily basis.

Once the oven has finished its daily operations it can be closed down and the oven temperature will only reduce by 40°C to 50°C over a 12 hour period, meaning morning heat up times are reduced to as little as 10 minutes.

The T1250 performs best when cooking pizza at a working temperature of 350°C to 400°C. This means that a 90 second cook time will be achieved, allowing the structure of the pizza to develop, creating a crispier base.

Cooking at a reduced temperature of 350°C allows greater flexibility to cook other dishes alongside a pizza offering. Anything that can be cooked through a conventional oven can be cooked within the T1250 Core.
